Terms of Service

By using The Leighton Collective ("we", "us", "the site"), you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Nicholas Vise Smith, a sole proprietor in Idaho Falls, Idaho, doing business as The Leighton Collective.

Orders

• Prices are listed in US dollars. Idaho sales tax (6%) is added at checkout for orders shipped to Idaho.
• We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or out-of-stock issues). If we do, we'll refund you in full.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us.

Shipping

We ship from Idaho Falls, Idaho via USPS Ground Advantage. We aim to ship within 2 business days. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery times are out of our control.

Returns

Unused, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Email us first at hello@theleightoncollective.com for return instructions.

Intellectual property

"The Leighton Collective" name and logo are ours. The plush we sell are authentic Douglas Cuddle Toys made by The Douglas Company, Inc.; "Douglas" and "Douglas Cuddle Toys" are trademarks of The Douglas Company, Inc., not ours. All other product photography and copy on this site is ours unless noted.

Disclaimer

We do our best to describe and photograph each plush accurately, but slight color and size variation is normal for hand-finished products. The site is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bonneville County, Idaho.
